	Appraisal Management System A web application for Mortgage Brokers. This provides a market place / clearing house for mortgage providers who are seeking appraisals on property values for their potential borrowers and automatically connects them to certified and approved appraisers. The system handles automatic or manual assignment of appraisal orders and tracks the complete progress of an order from placement through to final closure and billing / payment. The system is fully compliant with all US banking regulations and provides detailed reports and audit trail functionality as well as automatic notification of alert statuses to relevant users. 	Commercial Landscape Maintenance Management System A web application for landscaping companies who supply services to multiple residential & commercial properties. Provides full contract and proposal management facilities as well as support for additional special service requests. Client Users are provided with an interface to monitor the state of their contracts and service requests as well as to make inquiries and additional requests. Full reporting and integration with accounting services is provided as well as web services integration to Oracle CRM. www.land-sys.com
	Real Estate Marketing System Designed as a system for US real estate agents. The system is highly integrated with online local and regional land authorities and provides automatic listings (MLS) and data on available properties based on users search criteria. The System is completely ‘skin-able’, allowing a totally unique web experience / design for each individual real estate agent. It also allows them to manage sales campaigns, marketing for promotional events, automatic notification of ‘Open Days’ to people who have expressed interest in particular properties and a wide range of additional features. 	Sports Brokerage System  A client / server system with both standalone desktop clients and web clients. This system compares odds on worldwide sporting events quoted by more than 300 bookmakers on thousands of daily events. The system compares odds for win / lose or draw on each event for each bookmaker and notifies users of events, odds and percentages, whereby if they place a wager on a specific combination, they are guaranteed a profitable return, no matter what the outcome of the match. 	US Standard Issue - 'Oakley' Brand The Standard Issue Line of Oakley eyewear, footwear and accessories are available exclusively for US Government personnel only. This is a private ecommerce site for those qualified customers and provides heavily discounted military grade equipment. Developed in C#, ASP.NET V2.0, SQL SERVER 2005 www.usstandardissue.com
	FOREX Trading System An automated Forex trading system using a range of sophisticated algorithms which analyse previous currency positions and movements and automatically place real-time trades based on the users preferences. A Web & Desktop based system, the desktop system is designed for traders who wish a hands on view of the markets, where as the web system is for the traders who like to setup trading parameters and leave the backend servers to place their trades without needing to stay connected. 	Pre-press System Development world’s first Thai language Newspaper Pre-Press composition and page layout system. Led installation team to deploy system in Pre-Press department for a staff of around 100 operators.  Full time Systems Management as  Led a wide range of system upgrades over 5 years, including: deployment of remote photo gathering systems in all of the Thairath offices in each province an electronic library/archival system  infrastructure for the Web edition of the newspaper and planning  overseeing the subsequent replacement of the Pre-Press system initially installed. www.thairath.co.th
